ABOUT MINDFUL MOVEMENT
origin story
We realized very early on that people seek (and need) time and space to break out of their daily routine. That is why Mindful Movement was created. Here our participants reflect and find a connection to themselves and their origins. We are firmly convinced that body, mind and soul can be in harmony so that we can live in abundance again. Therefore, sport (in any form - including yoga), meditation, rest, nature and breathing is something we want to embody and pass on.
Physical and mental well-being are of paramount importance for a healthy life. They require practice and dedication. Our yoga and sports retreat offers you a framework and the guidance to strengthen your body, mind and soul.
